03Age and Eligibility

06Bonuses and Promotions

• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users in any way.
• Attempting to introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into the platform.

09Account Closure Policy

PHCASH may also suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the situations listed below.

• When the member violates these terms and conditions.
• When the member provides false information or commits identity fraud.
• In situations where financial transactions are deemed suspicious.
• When a court order or official government directive requires it.
• If your account has been inactive for more than 12 months.
